Our new summer menus introduce lots of fresh, seasonal dishes perfect for sunny days. Some of our new favourites include: our new Seafood Sharing Platter (perfect with a bottle of fizz!), Pan-Fried Sea-Bass with Braised Fennel and Aubergine Purée and a new Venison Steak alternative to our classic Rib-Eye and Fillet Steaks (both still on the menu!)
The Blue Bell’s desserts have also got an update for summer with lots of fresh, fruity desserts to tempt you on the new menu including a Fresh Berry and Lemon Curd Eton Mess and our new Elderflower Peach Melba.
As part of the launch, we’ve also introduced a new allergen guide for all the menus. As well as including information about the common allergens in all our dishes, these now also include sections where our chefs have recommended dishes for those avoiding Wheat or Dairy. We know this is increasingly becoming an issue for our guests and hope that these new guides can help you eat out with confidence.
