Friday 19th of February saw the launch of the new Spring Menus at The Blue Bell.
These are the first set of menus that have been developed entirely by our new Head Chef Darren Prideaux and are jam-packed full of exciting, fresh new dishes including a popular Wild Mushroom & Sourdough Toast Starter, a fragrant Monkfish & Prawn Curry and an indulgent Black Forest Trifle.
Before the new menu was launched Darren & Francesca (our Restaurant Manager) led a Menu Tasting for all the front of house staff, giving them the opportunity to try the new dishes and ask questions about the new menu.
As part of the launch, we’ve also introduced a new-style allergen guide for all the menus. As well as including information about the common allergens in all our dishes, these now also include sections where our chefs have recommended dishes for those avoiding Wheat or Dairy. We know this is increasingly becoming an issue for our guests and hope that these new guides can help you eat out with confidence.
